Come join us for our biweekly meditation and discussion in the Lotus Hall of the Florida Community Of Mindfulness Practice Center (~20-25 minutes from USF Tampa Campus). . . . . We will guide you through a 20-30 minute sitting meditation, followed by 10 minutes of walking meditation. Then we will read from a Dharma book together, discuss the teachings and share how we apply them to our life.. . . . Afterwards we will have tea and snacks downstairs in the Sangha Hall.. . Arrive late or leave early as needed. There is no charge for this event.. .
