Every year, the Rotary Club of Temple Terrace holds an annual fundraising event in April. This year, this event is happening on April 13th from 3-7 pm and volunteers are needed to help with setting up tables, chairs, banners, moving booths, trash collection, and teardown at the end of the event. THERE WILL BE ROADSIGNS DIRECTING YOU WHERE TO PARK. . . . The volunteering portion is broken up into three teams:. . 1. Set-up 8 am - 2 pm: set up tables, chairs, banners, moving beverages to booths & icing it down). . 2. Actual event - 2 pm - 8 pm: picking up trash & recycling materials. . 3. We will be having an off-campus ride at the Starkey Park/Suncoast Trail, rolling out at 8:45 am. We will be meeting at a trailhead at 7020 W Lutz Lake Fern Road Odessa, FL 33556. You can drive there and meet up with us but we will have people you can carpool with there in case you need a ride! I will be sending out a spreadsheet for the carpool list via discord. The route is about 16 miles one-way, so out-and-back will be about 32 miles in total! This will be our longest ride of the semester!
