Dr. Marc Lajeunesse, an entomologist and research scientist, is offering USF students and ESSF members an introductory session to insect pinning. In the session, all participants will be able to learn the methodology of insect pinning, pin their own insects, and learn about opportunities in insect hobbies and research. All pinned specimens can be taken home!. . Participants are encouraged to BYOB (bring your own bug); tutorials on preparing insects for pinning can be found on YouTube!. .
