Magnolia Apartments consist of seven three- and four-story buildings that house 484 students. Each apartment features either three of four single bedrooms that share a common living area, a kitchenette and two bathrooms. Each bedroom includes one built-in closet, bed, desk, chair and dresser per student. Cable TV and ethernet connections are available, and there is a private swimming pool and a laundry facility on site. One building is reserved for families, and two buildings are reserved for students 21 and older, while the remaining four buildings are open to all students.
