Part of USF's Physical Plant, the employees of the Maintenance and Service Shop are responsible for the upkeep of electrical and plumbing systems, lighting, air conditioning and heating, elevators, fire alarms, security systems, painting, carpeting, keys and other structural systems within over four million square feet of buildings on campus.
