Catering exclusively to freshmen, Cypress Apartments consists of two four-story buildings that house 300 students. Each building is coed by apartment, with each apartment featuring four single bedrooms that share a common living area, a kitchenette and two bathrooms. Each 9' 6" X 12' bedroom includes one built-in closet, bed, desk, chair and dresser per student. Cable TV and ethernet connections are available, and there is a study lounge on each floor, as well as a laundry facility in the community building.
