What is Career Shadow Day?. . Career Shadowing provides a behind-the-scenes look, a "Day in the Life," of a professional working in a career of interest. The focus of the experience is for you to learn more about the rewards/challenges of a career, the skills required to succeed and to assess realistic career options. . . . The experience helps students make informed career decisions and develop connections, sometimes long-lasting friendships, with professionals in our community.
