The Officer Training Series is an open-invite, weekly training focused on student organization officers. Each session, we discuss various topics that pertain to student organization leadership, and all student organization officers are invited to attend, connect with their fellow officers and CLCE staff. . . . . This session covers best practices for managing meetings, including the preparation of agendas, taking effective meeting minutes, and ensuring productive discussions. Participants will learn how to structure meetings to maximize efficiency, keep members engaged, and follow up on action items. The session will also include tips on maintaining records and documentation for organizational continuity.
