Architecture school can be both inspiring and demanding — filled with long hours, creative highs, and moments of uncertainty. The AIAS USF Support Group is a student-led space created to foster connection, reflection, and balance within our design community.

This gathering invites students to share experiences, exchange coping strategies, and learn about the many resources available at USF to support their academic, emotional, and personal wellbeing. While this is not a professional counseling group, it offers a welcoming environment where students can openly discuss the realities of architecture school and support one another through shared understanding.

Join us to pause, connect, and strengthen our sense of community — because supporting each other is just as important as building our next project.
