This will be our Monday evening practice, where we will continue to run at the same location, but may have some runners working on speed work, while others can choose to run easier paces at their discretion. This event, at the USF Challenge Course, is for all students who identify as women. Climb a series of obstacles all while being surrounded by a community of women. Come as your true self and leave with some new friends. Spots are limited so register now! . .
