The rules are: . . -USF Students only (Must have U Number) . . -Fish must be caught by foot -Can fish all over Tampa or St Pete. . -Fish must be shown on ruler or tape with proper hand signal (announced the day of the tournament) . . -Bonus prize will be given to the biggest shark/ray . . -Fish from 7-7 -Longest fish wins -Coolest fish will win a prize too . . -Award ceremony will be at 8pm at the location announced privately . . -Teaming up is encouraged, although only one person can win the prize.. .
