The Officer Training Series is an open-invite, weekly training focused on student organization officers. Each session, we discuss various topics that pertain to student organization leadership, and all student organization officers are invited to attend, connect with their fellow officers and CLCE staff. . . . . This session focuses on the dynamics of leadership within student organizations. Participants will learn about different leadership styles, how to effectively delegate tasks, and strategies for building and maintaining a cohesive team. The session will also provide an opportunity to inventory their own organization’s leadership dynamic as well as evaluate others in the pursuit of developing a positive organizational culture.
